REGISTER:
IF you
signed
up prior
to
today,
you will
need to
re-enter
your
data.
Our
database
was not
prepared
to
receive
data.
Registration
is now
open for
our
2008/09
season.
If you
plan to
play,
please
sign up
now, it
will
assist
us in
planning.
All
participants
need to
sign up
with our
Club.
Each
participant
will
also
have to
sign our
commitment
contract
and
remit
with
deposit.
C: For
travel
team
participants,
you will
also
need to
sign up
or renew
with
USAV
Palmetto
Region.
This can
be done
after
Oct. 1st
and we
will
remind
you to
do this
at that
time.
Fees and
deposits:
*
Participants
can pay
a lump
sum for
the
program
they are
signing
up for.
If a
travel
team,
remit
fee for
regional
travel until
teams
are
chosen.
* If
installments
are
chosen,
remit
the
initial
deposit.
If you
prefer,
you can
split
the
amount
due for
the Oct
deposit
between
Sept and
Oct.
FUNDRAISING:
If you
choose
to use
fundraising
to cover
your
initial
deposit,
we
request
you have
sufficient
funds
remitted
by Oct.
10th.
REFUNDS:
Should
you
decide
later
not to
participate,
we
refund
all
funds
less a
$35 fee.
