FUNDRAISING

The cost of playing with Club South can be off-set by utilizing fundraising. Athletes and their parents can significantly reduce or eliminate their fees by participating in one or more of the fundraising option offered by the club.

You may start fundraising with two programs any time of the year. These two are the player program or raffle tickets.  Funds will be held and credited to your account when the season begins.  Other fundraising options will open up closer to fall season.

Families may also apply to be a Team Rep for Travel Teams- which offers discounts up to 50% on fees.

There will be 4 fundraising options. If using fundraising to cover your initial deposit, funds must be remitted before initial deadline of 10/11.

Player Program Ads: ( most popular )
Club South publishes a player program, listing each team and their players for each season. There is ad space available in the back of this program, that players can sell to potential sponsors for a cost ranging from $25-500. The player will receive 75% of the ad revenue profit (20% of gross goes to publish program) to put towards their club fees.

If possible, please scan the ad and remit ectronically, remit to csprogram@bellsouth.net and copy Club South.  You will still need to mail in the $ and hard copy to CS.  See summary sheet above for amts and credits.

Club South Program info:  Programs go out to our entire membership (600+ families) in addition to the companies who placed ads ( 150 +).  In addition, they are made available at both the CS Southern Classic and Regional Regional Championship tournaments.  Both of these have in excess of 5,000 spectators each.  

 

Myrtle Beach Vacation Raffle: Members wishing to participate in this option will have the opportunity to sell raffle tickets, which offer the buyers a chance to win a
4 day/3 night stay in a 2 bedroom condo in Myrtle Beach. Tickets sell for $2 each with $1.60 going towards the players fees.

Fundraising options below are not available until fall.

CCI Coupon Booklets: This option calls for the players to sell booklets that include over 100 Buy 1/Get 1 Free coupons and reusable discount coupons. These coupons are good for restaurants, movies, ice-cream, etc. Booklets cost $10 each, with $3.75/booklet going to the player fees and $1.25 going to the club. There are separate coupon booklets for Spartanburg/Greenville and for
Oconee Co/Easley/Pickens/Anderson.

Chick-Fil-A Calendars: Players can sell these great calendars, which include over $30 worth of coupons. Sale price is $6 each with $2.40 going to the player fees and 60¢ going to the club.
