Fee Cost

It is the desire of Club South to offer every athlete the lowest cost possible. We wish we could do this for free, but expenses are necessary in order to provide the benefits we offer. We want everyone to have the opportunity to participate in our programs. Remember we have a full time facility which enhances our training ability and success.

F U N D R A I S I N G O P T I O N S

Club South offers a number of Fundraising Options and methods to reduce fees to help offset or pay your fees. Click here for more information: FUNDRAISING OPTIONS The majority of our families raise all their fees by using one of our fundraising options. We encourage you to start early with fundraising.

Keep in mind our fees are based on ONE lump sum, we allow installments to make it affordable for our parents.

All expenses are included in your club fees. For travel teams, uniform expense is not included. Previous years players may re-use uniform items from last year.

· Your first installment will be due by 10/15 or before. If your daughter decides not to join, your deposit will be refunded less a $35 tryout fee. Monthly installment fees are due each month, please be prompt in payment. Remember, we are passing along our expenses only; we don’t have the bank balance to pay expenses without income. Understand that our expenses must be paid on time and we expect the courtesy of payment from parents on time. No pay, no play policy.

· The November payment for Travel Teams will be an estimated deposit toward your account since we will not know team assignments at time payment is due.

FUNDRAISING OPTIONS

Club South would like for any player who desires to play club has the opportunity to do so. We offer several fundraising options so any player could raise part or all of her club season fees. Profits generated by any fundraising option are split 75% to the player and 25% to the club. If you have more than one player from the same family in our program, you receive 100% credit.

If you are using fundraising to pay fee's, we do require the deposit due on the initial payment. You can remit fundraising checks to cover this. If you do not have the funds ready to be turned in, the initial deposit will be due on Oct. 15th due date. Should you cover all your fees later, we will refund this.

We have had a number of girls that have raised their entire season fee through fundraising. Check detail information below.

There are also a number of ways for you to lower your fees. Below are a few, more will be announced at our initial meeting.

You may apply to be a team rep for travel teams, which gives 50% discount on team fees.

When remitting the Program ads: Note you must remit in art ready and SIZE that you are remitting.

1) Human error can occur and an ad omitted from our program. If this happens, we will place the ad in the next years program at no cost,
but no fee credit will be given.
